This Trademark & Brand Usage Policy explains how the “Tedony” name, logo, and related branding (collectively, the “Tedony Marks”) may and may not be used by third parties. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and DMCA & Copyright Policy.
1. Ownership
The Tedony Marks, including the “Tedony” name, our logo, and associated visual branding, are the property of Tedony. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved.
2. Permitted Use
You may, without prior written permission:
- Link to tedony.com/ or reference Tedony by name in editorial commentary, citations, or news coverage, provided the reference is accurate and does not imply false endorsement or affiliation;
- Use small, unmodified text references to “Tedony” for the purpose of attribution when quoting or citing our content in accordance with applicable fair use or fair dealing principles; and
- Share links to our articles and reviews on social media or personal websites.
3. Prohibited Use
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
- Use the Tedony name or logo in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by Tedony where none exists;
- Modify, distort, or combine the Tedony logo with other marks, images, or slogans;
- Use the Tedony Marks as part of your own product name, domain name, business name, or social media handle;
- Use the Tedony Marks in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or damaging to our reputation; or
- Reproduce substantial portions of our editorial content under the Tedony name without authorization, as further described in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
4. Third-Party Trademarks Referenced on Our Site
Tedony reviews and reports on products and services from third parties, including VPN providers, game publishers, AI companies, and software vendors. All third-party trademarks, logos, and product names referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are used for identification, comparison, and editorial purposes only and do not imply endorsement of Tedony by the trademark owner, nor endorsement of the trademark owner by Tedony, unless explicitly stated.
5. Requesting Permission
If you would like to request permission to use the Tedony Marks beyond what is described in Section 2, please email admin@tedony.com with a description of the intended use.
6. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of unauthorized or misleading use of the Tedony Marks, please report it to admin@tedony.com with the subject line “Trademark Misuse.”
7. Enforcement
Tedony reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action, against any unauthorized use of the Tedony Marks that infringes our rights or misleads consumers.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
