This DMCA & Copyright Policy explains our procedure for addressing claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

If you believe that content appearing on tedony.com/ infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement to our designated agent containing the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material is located on our Site;
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

2. Designated Agent for Notice

Please send DMCA notices to our designated agent:

Email: admin@tedony.com
Subject line: “DMCA Notice”

3. Our Process Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the DMCA’s safe harbor procedures, and will make a good faith effort to notify the party who posted or is responsible for the material.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted, or that was removed or disabled in response to a copyright notice, was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number; and
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court and stating you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, as required by law, restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless we first receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order regarding the disputed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Tedony will, in appropriate circumstances, take action against users, contributors, or contacts who are determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others, which may include removal of content and termination of any account or relationship with Tedony.
